Precision Rigging by Certified Professionals

Red Tiger’s rigging division provides a complete end-to-end rigging and slinging service for all crane lift operations across the UAE. Our LEEA-trained riggers are experienced in a full range of rigging configurations — from simple sling arrangements to complex multi-leg spreader beam assemblies for oversized or fragile loads.

Every rigging arrangement is matched to the load’s centre of gravity, surface conditions, and attachment points, ensuring load stability throughout the lift. Our certified lifting tackle — wire rope slings, chain slings, shackles, eyebolts, and spreader beams — is third-party tested and tagged with current SWL markings.

Our appointed persons oversee all rigging operations, ensuring compliance with LEEA, LOLER, and UAE OSHAD standards. We provide slinger/signaller services as part of every wet hire package, with radio communication protocols and exclusion zone management built into every method statement.

Rigging & Slinging: Common Questions

Can't find your answer? Our team replies within 2 hours.

Ask a Question
01What certifications do your riggers hold?

All riggers are LEEA-trained and hold OSHAD-recognised UAE operator competency certificates. Our appointed persons are additionally trained in engineered lift plan review and site safety supervision.

02Do you supply rigging tackle and spreader beams?

Yes. Red Tiger maintains a fully inspected and SWL-tagged inventory of wire rope slings, chain slings, shackles, hooks, eyebolts, and custom spreader beams. All tackle comes with current inspection records.

03What is the difference between a rigger and a slinger/signaller?

A rigger designs and attaches the rigging arrangement and is responsible for the load's stability. A slinger/signaller guides the crane operator with standardised hand signals or radio communication. Red Tiger provides both roles.

04Can you rig unusual or oddly-shaped loads?

Yes. Our riggers regularly handle non-standard loads including transformers, generators, vessels, structural steelwork, and delicate process equipment. We design a bespoke arrangement for each load.

05Do you provide rigging documentation?

We provide a full documentation package including the rigging arrangement drawing, equipment inspection certificates, lift plan, and post-lift report — ready for your project compliance records.
